The guides were top rate: knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. The hotels offered incomparable service with rooms, concierge, baggage handling and in the restaurants. The food was interesting and delicious. We will certainly be recommending your agency to others!.. And after this wonderful trip, hope to contact you someday for our return visit!!! We are very happy with the tour guide. I can highly recommend her for future clients. She spoke good English and made sure that we saw everything. She was also flexible when we asked her to make a stop at a specific store. She was very professional. The hotel was good and the location was very good as well. We joined a show in the evening, which our tour guide recommended us and she got us seats in the 1st row. We were very happy about that and the show was excellent.
