Travel Guarantee

. We guarantee that all the departure and arriving time from one spot to another will be on time. All of your activities in the tour will be strictly follow your itinerary. In case of any changes of the schedule, we’ll inform you in advance.

. We guarantee that your private guide will meet you in the airport and transfer you to your hotel on time. If any unexpected cases happens which leads you to go to the hotel by yourself, your fees for taxi can be reimbursed according to the receipt.

 We guarantee the quality of the service during your tour, including transportations, private guide, meals and any other cases concerned. If there are any unpleasant factors that make your tour less enjoyable, you are entitled to inform your tour consultant and he will handle the issue to meet your ends.
